Interactions Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) Redesign

Only 7% of drug representatives used paper materials over the iPad application they were required to be trained on for meetings with doctors. We needed to create a more efficient way to speak to 170 pages of content in just 15 minute slots between patient appointments.
